    A.C.C.E.S. – Acquis Communautaire, Companies and Equal Chances


A.C.C.E.S. – Acquis Communautaire, Companies and Equal Chances, financed by PHARE Program, Civil Society, Component 3: Adoption and implementation of the acquis communautaire in the environmental protection, consumer protection and socio-economic development fields, October 2005 – August 2006

Scop:

The project aims to contribute to community acquis implementation regarding social and economic development (labour, social dialogue, equal chances in labour relations) in companies from North East region, Iasi, Botosani, Neamt, Vaslui, Suceava, Bacau counties

Target group:

• 12 companies in which we will deliver TOT for 36 people
• 50 companies in which we will disseminate the information related to social – economic acquis and equal chances in labour and the code of good practice will be implemented

Main activities:

• Setting up the network of 36 trainers on social – economic acquis and equal chances in labour
• Drafting and validating the code of good practice in equal chances in labour relations with the help of the trainers network
• Organizing trainings on on social – economic acquis and code of good pratice in the 50 selected companies from the six counties

Estimated results:

• 62 companies from Iasi, Vaslui, Neamt, Bacau, Botosani si Vaslui counties will be informed on social – economic acquis, especially on equal chances between men and women in labor relations
• Realizing a TOT on social – economic acquis for the 12 selected companies
• Elaborating a code of good practice to be disseminated in all 6 companies
• Realizing a number of 6 county seminars in which the selected companies will take part; a number of 150 representatives of employers and employees will be trained on social – economic acquis, especially on equal chances between men and women in labor relations and on code of good pratice
• Editing a number of 100 brochures containg the sociological collected information on the perception and implementation of the equal chances at work issues
